all or nothing

The idea that it's "you're always angry", you're "always blowing up", and "I can't spend 12 hours a day, every day, until you feel better."

So ok. So what can you give me, what do you offer? It's ok with me if you set boundaries. So set some. How much time is ok? When can it happen?

What I need is something concrete. Something I can count on, something we can both agree to, after negotiation. NOT some kind of ultimatum; NOT you laying down the law and telling me what to do. That is a power imbalance I will not put up with. Not with you; not with anybody.
